Was surprised by the amount of cheap cuts that were included. Not sure how to proceed. Thinking a 1/4 cow might be the best was to go.
Thank you for the feedback! Our Family Staples Box is intentionally designed to stretch your Farm Club dollars as far as possible, so it includes more of the everyday, versatile cuts from the animal rather than concentrating the value into a few higher-end steaks.
For members who prefer smaller portions and more premium cuts like steaks, our Premium Beef Box is usually a much better fit. A quarter beef can also be a wonderful option, but it’s worth keeping in mind that buying a whole-animal share means receiving a variety of cuts as well, not just the premium ones.
