Ingredients:
- Sausage: The sausage used in this soup is our Spicy Italian Pork Sausage from our pastured hogs here on the ranch. The sausage adds richness and depth of flavor to the soup.
- White Beans: White beans provide creaminess and substance to the dish.
- Kale: Fresh kale leaves are added to the soup for their earthy flavor and nutritional value. Kale adds a pop of vibrant green color to the soup and just the right balance of healthy comfort food.
- Aromatics: Onion, & garlic are sautéed as the base of the soup, adding aromatic flavor and depth. Lemon is added for additional flavor and a hint of sweetness to balance out the spice from the sausage.
