How does Shipped Farm Club work?
Farm Club is our CSA-style meat subscription designed to connect your family directly to our farm while helping us plan how much livestock to raise throughout the year. Choose your preferred box and delivery frequency, and we'll take care of the rest.
What's included in my Farm Club box?
Each box contains a rotating selection of cuts based on the Farm Club option you've chosen. Contents change depending on season and availability, allowing us to utilize the whole animal rather than only the most popular cuts.
Can I choose the cuts in my box?
Shipped Farm Club boxes are not customizable. Part of Farm Club is embracing whole-animal eating, so you'll receive a thoughtfully selected assortment of cuts from our current inventory depending on your selection of Premium or Family Staples cuts.
Will I receive the same cuts every time?
No! Your box will change throughout the year. Some months may include familiar favorites while others introduce you to cuts you may not normally purchase. That's part of the fun—and we're always happy to help with cooking ideas.
Do Farm Club members receive free ground beef?
Yes! Our standard Farm Club boxes include a complimentary 2-pound package of ground beef with each box.
Is shipping included?
Shipping benefits depend on the Farm Club option you select. Any included shipping benefit will be clearly listed with your membership.
How often will I receive a box?
Depending on the membership selected, Farm Club can ship every 14, 30, 60 or 90 days. This lets you choose a schedule that works for your household and freezer space.
When will I be charged?
Your payment method is automatically charged according to the subscription frequency you've selected. Your next billing date can be viewed in your subscription account. Farm Club ships the first week of the month. All orders must be placed on the 1st to avoid delays in shipping.
Can I skip or pause a shipment?
Yes. We understand that vacations, full freezers and life happen! You can manage upcoming orders through your subscription account. Please make changes before your upcoming order begins processing.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes. Farm Club isn't designed to trap you in a subscription. You can manage your membership through your customer account. We simply ask that changes be made before an order has entered fulfillment.
Can I request specific cuts?
Because Farm Club is built around whole-animal utilization, we can't guarantee individual cuts or accommodate specific cut requests in shipped boxes. Cuts like filet mignon represent a very small portion of each animal, so Farm Club boxes are intentionally balanced across the entire animal.
What if I don't know how to cook something?
Ask us! One of our favorite parts of Farm Club is helping customers become comfortable cooking beyond the handful of familiar grocery-store cuts. We're always happy to point you toward a cooking method or recipe.
Why join Farm Club instead of ordering whenever I need meat?
Farm Club creates something valuable on both sides of the farm gate. You receive priority access, member benefits and a convenient supply of farm-raised meat. For us, your commitment creates predictable demand, helping us determine how many animals to raise months—or even years—before that meat reaches your freezer.
Why aren't all Farm Club options available for shipping?
Shipping meat is expensive, and the economics are very different from local pickup. Because Farm Club includes additional member benefits, some smaller box options are only sustainable for local pickup. Available shipped memberships reflect the box sizes we can responsibly offer without compromising the quality of our products or the sustainability of the farm.
How is my Farm Club box shipped?
Your meat leaves our ranch frozen and is carefully packed in an insulated shipping box with ice packs. We ship early in the week to minimize transit time and avoid your meat sitting in a carrier facility over the weekend.
What is Farm Club really about?
Farm Club began in 2020 as a partnership between our farm and the families we feed. Your membership gives us something incredibly valuable in agriculture: predictability. In return, we get to raise exceptional food for families who value knowing their farmer, understanding how their food was raised and supporting a truly local food system.
