  • 2 packs of boneless, skinless chicken breasts (2 per pack 1.5 - 1.74 pounds per pack)

  • 2 packs of Leg Quarters ( 1.5-1.75 pounds)

  • 1 whole chicken (3.5-4 pounds)

  • 1 pack of wings (~ 1.5 pounds) – free!

Return customer, incredible taste and value

This is the second time I've ordered the Chicken Dinner Sampler Box. My family loved the taste of the chicken and I didn't worry whether I should be allowing my young children to eat the fat or skin. The portions are generous and overall an incredible price for the well-raised birds. I followed the farm on social media and observed their practices for a long time before I ordered. I only wish I had done it sooner.

Thank you for sharing this feedback — I’m happy to help clarify. Our whole chickens sent in this box should weigh between 3.5 - 4 pounds, as noted in the product description. If the bird you received was outside of that range, please feel free to reach out to me directly so I can make it right.

The box you purchased is our Sampler Box, designed to include a variety of the different chicken products we offer on the farm. Because we raise a limited number of birds each year, they don’t all grow to identical sizes. Real animals don’t grow on a factory schedule, so some birds end up a little larger and some a little smaller.

The discounted chicken boxes are meant to feature a variety of what we offer on the farm. We also offer larger whole chickens for customers who prefer a bigger roasting bird a la carte.
