$5/ pound paid to the farm minus deposit to be paid on the day of slaughter.
Butcher fees paid to butcher (Lynden Meats).
Approximately 140-150# pound hanging halves. (This number is estimated and can vary but is rarely under.)
Shipping not available on custom butchery.
