Pork Variety Box with Uncured Pork Belly Bacon

Excellent meat! Cannot wait to order more.

So far we have tried the pork belly bacon and the bratwurst.

The bacon is extra thick cut with a nice, smoky flavor. The slices did shrink quite a bit but left behind lots of delicious grease for future use. One package fed two people a hearty meal along side a few eggs.

The brats had a nice, traditional German flavor that paired well with saurkraut and mustard. They are more meaty than many store bought sausages and two of them for an early brunch kept me full all day.

I am happy with this box and I look forward to trying more items in the coming weeks. When it's time to restock my freezer, I'll be ordering it again!
