Dry Aged beef raised right here on the ranch. The best of Angus genetics paired with a high quality diet free of GMO's, producing the most incredible marbling and flavor. Our cattle are rotationally grazed and finished on a ration of unlimited grass forage and locally grown steam rolled barley before dry aging for a minimum of 16 days.
